The personnel in DANISO are divided into two categories:

    -Key personnel.

    -Project personnel.

The key personnel have the highest working abilities and are thoroughly familiar with the company's standards and procedures.  They are able to train the project personnel in the shortest possible time.

The following table give an indication of the groups and number of key personnel in our company.

The project personnel are employed according to the needs of a specific project.  They are fully trained by key personnel before being assigned to the projects.  The number of project personnel varies as the number of projects undertaken by the company changes from time to time.
